Photo Guide

Since we work directly with your submitted photo, good quality is very important. It should have a resolution of at least 1500px on the short side and be sharp. Please note that the level of detail of your portrait is directly related to the submitted photo.

Are you unsure? Send us your photo and we will tell you if it fits or not. 

Follow these tips when taking your pet's photo! If you can't follow them exactly, don't worry! We have a dedicated team that reviews all orders and photos as they come in.

If your photo doesn't meet our criteria, we will inform you and help you choose a more suitable photo!

•  Close ups work best!
• Take your photo with your pet at eye level
• Take your photo in natural daylight and don't use flash.
• Try to get your pet to sit or stay still - make sure there is no blurring.
• Make sure that the whole ears are on the photo and not outside the frame.
• The image should be given in a good quality
